Delete from the app
- Open Kept and go to Profile.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What is deleted
The deletion request removes the registered account and associated Kept application data, such as saved virtual-shopping activity, subject to limited retention required for security, backups or legal obligations.
Guest use
Guest users do not have a registered Kept account. Guest information stored locally can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.
